So this is how I like my homemade PB:
1.5 cups of peanuts
4 tbsp coconut oil
3-4 tbsp of maple syrup
Pulse in a food processor until creamy. This is honestly SO GOOD.

Homemade peanut butter! Posting a recipe in the next picture so stay tuned 👌
Carob chia pudding with coconut chips. This is a great recipe if you’re trying to wean yourself off of caffeine!
▶ 2/3 cups of coconut milk (or soy/almond, although coconut is thicker)
▶ 3 tbsp of chia seeds
▶ 2 tbsp of carob powder
▶ 2 tbsp of maple syrup
Mix well by hand or blender and leave overnight in the fridge. Makes 4 small servings.
Nicecream with lemon and chocolate biscotti. I don’t know why I didn’t think of this earlier!
Papaya and banana smoothie. Perfect for how warm today is!
Turn out I’m the worst cupcake decorator in the world. I’m recipe testing so I’ll hold back until I perfect it! The frosting is only 4 easy ingredients though. Coconut oil, cocoa powder, maple syrup and water. 👌
Blueberry nicecream topped with cinnamon and candied almonds. I had a pretty stressful week since my dad had to undergo surgery. Appreciate your day to day life ya’ll, you never know how special ‘normal’ is until things change. 💚
Made heart shaped raw brownies since I had date paste sitting in the fridge waiting to be used!
Just pulse together in a food processor:
1 cup of almonds
1 cup of date paste
3 tbsp of cacao powder
5 tbsp of water.
Freeze for 3-4 hours and voila!
Lemon vanilla protein biscotti with a bit of chocolate on top. This recipe needs serious improvement so I won’t share it yet but at least I have some treats to snack on for the weekend!
I got a food processor yesterday so I made Almond Butter! So simple and clean. ▶️ Pulse together:
1 ½ cup of almonds
3 tbsp of coconut oil
1 tbsp of maple syrup.
That’s it! Make sure to stop every few minutes to scrape down the sides, this also makes sure your food processor doesn’t overheat. The consistency may seem doughy at some point and you may think it won’t work but keep pulsing and the oils in the almonds will slowly release and make it creamier and creamier. It’s absolutely delicious! This took about ~20 minutes for my food processor (medium power).
Keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks if you can resist eating the whole thing for that long 😋
